SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Urban Oasis AMI text-message program operated by Urban Vacation Properties, LLC (“Urban Oasis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Urban Oasis AMI SMS program provides occasional messages about our Anna Maria Island vacation properties, including availability, seasonal travel information, returning-guest opportunities, and promotional offers.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES

By affirmatively opting in, you authorize Urban Vacation Properties, LLC, doing business as Urban Oasis AMI, to send recurring automated or non-automated marketing text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or booking any property or service.

Do not enroll a telephone number unless you are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES

Message frequency varies and will generally be no more than one message per month. Urban Oasis currently anticipates approximately four promotional campaigns per year.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.

OPTING OUT

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any Urban Oasis AMI text message. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you enroll again.

Reasonable opt-out requests made through other available methods will also be honored.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS AND DELIVERY

Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our collection and use of information is described in the Urban Oasis AMI Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

CHANGES OR TERMINATION

We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or update these terms where permitted by law. Any updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
