VRBO - We had a fantastic spring break stay at this property! 

The home was exactly as described, spacious, perfect for our group. The layout worked really well, giving everyone their own space while still having great areas to gather together.The private pool was a huge highlight for us, and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space. 

The location was also ideal—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed, but still felt quiet and relaxing.

The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to cook meals, and there were plenty of towels, seating, and little touches that made the stay comfortable.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made everything stress-free from check-in to check-out.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation home!

The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for our family with young children. Everything was thoughtfully stocked, including plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and all the essentials needed to make our stay easy and relaxing. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the extra beach and pool toys were an unexpected bonus that got daily use.

We also loved having access to the golf cart. It made getting around the island easy, convenient, and fun for the whole family, and quickly became one of our favorite amenities.

Christy was an exceptional host—responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. It’s clear she takes great pride in providing a fantastic guest experience.

Airbnb - My wife and I spent an absolutely perfect week at this place. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding around the north end most mornings. Spent beautiful afternoons at the beach. The pool was secluded and a perfect place to relax. We spent evenings playing cards under the covered back patio by the pool. The pool furniture was great quality. We were looking for something quiet with a short walk to the beach and this place was exactly that. It was super convenient that they had a golf cart so we didn’t have to worry about renting one. We used it when we went to the beach (which had convenient golf cart only parking) and every time we went to dinner. We brought our golf clubs with us and went into Bradenton to play, which was the only time we had to drive our vehicle the entire time we were there. Everywhere else we could walk, take the golf cart, or ride our bikes. This house is perfectly located, close enough to everything but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle.

Airbnb - We absolutely loved our stay at Christy and Matt’s house! The home is incredibly spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor area is so much fun, and the golf cart was truly a game changer for our family. Whenever we had a question, Matt called us and helped immediately.We can’t wait to come back!

Airbnb - Fantastic stay for my family of 5. The pool was great for hot afternoons. The golf cart was great and saved on having to deal with a local company for a rental. Great place to stay in a great central location.

VRBO - Just got back from a week long stay. We had such a great time in AMI. The house was perfect for our 2 families. The location, communication, pool and golf cart were wonderful. The golf cart got a flat tire and we had a rental the next morning. We will definitely be back!

Airbnb - It was as described and definitely an oasis. Comfortable, coastal casual feel. Decorated nicely. Matt and Christy thought of everything. Plenty of pool/beach toys. Easy to follow instructions. The entire stay was a delight. I would highly recommend Urban Oasis, too.
One night there were high winds and some local residents lost power. We did not but Matt and Christy checked on us to make sure we were okay.
Couldn't ask for more thoughtful, considerate hosts. I rate the experience a 10++++.

VRBO - We had a great time on A.M.I. staying here. The golf cart was such a perk to get coffee in the morning and to get all of our beach gear down to the beach. On the days we didn’t feel like the beach, we hung out in the huge pool with all the floats provided. Grilled out one night and had plenty of room at the giant outdoor table/chairs to enjoy as a family. Matt,the owner, was extremely responsive on any questions I sent him. We loved our stay!

Airbnb - We absolutely loved our stay! We had 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant, and everyone had plenty of room, with more to spare!

The house was clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. Especially the kitchen. We cooked a spread for breakfast every morning and everything we needed was at arms reach. The beach gear (wagon, tent, umbrella, chairs, toys, etc.) were such a big plus!

The pool area was spectacular! Perfect size for convenient fun in the sun when we didn’t feel like lugging the kiddos to the beach. We took our cornhole boards and had plenty of room right by the pool to set up and play.

The BRAND NEW Bintelli, 6 seater golf cart was absolutely fantastic! We trailered our own golf cart but the one at the house was perfect so all our gang had a fun way of getting around! We didn’t move our vehicles the whole time we were there! (plenty of room for a trailer, 3 cars, and 2 golf carts to part, by the way!)

Communication was great and everything was wonderful! 10/10.
